Haniyeh: Hamas will not recognize Israel

Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh
Gaza – Ma’an – De facto Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh on Monday evening reiterated Hamas’ refusal to recognize Israel repeating his famous line, “Castles will not fall, neither will they determine our attitudes by force, and we will not recognize Israel.”

Haniyeh’s comments came during an iftar, the sundown meal breaking the Ramadan fast along with dignitaries from the eastern Gaza Strip. “The pledge between us and the Palestinian people is that we do not remiss martyrs’ blood, nor Jerusalem, nor our holy land. Our prisoners will be freed for sure.”

Why should he recognize Israel when Israel has refused to recognize Hamas for so long....Hamas made overtures Israel ignored them and then tired to blow Hamas to hell ....Israel chose to miss the window of opportunity to negotiate....

Israel has always gone further to broker a peace deal and for what? The psychopaths that chose destruction over peace are the root of the failure. Until the Palestinians can get their own house together it's wasted talk. You can put a sheepskin on a wolf but it is still a wolf.

Start the count down. It took us only three years to take over Spain. Ismael Haniya is just one of the many faithful leaders you have to deal with. What right did Britain have to grant you somebody else's country? Palestine/ Jerusalem is ours Islamic forever.
