Bethlehem – Ma’an – Stocks rose for the second consecutive day on the Palestine Securities Exchange in the West Bank city of Nablus on Tuesday.

The Al-Quds Index closed at 511.31, registering an increase of 7.77 points (1.54%) over Monday’s close.

Trading Volume for Tuesday reached 595,193 shares traded for a total value of 857,800.49 US dollars over the course of 417 trades.

The shares of 23 companies were traded. The shares prices of 10 companies rose, while those of eight others fell.

The top five gainers were APC by (4.21%), WASSEL by (3.17%), PALTEL by (2.67%), AIB by (2.38%), and PADICO by (2.34%).

The top five losers were AHC by (4.17%), PIIC by (3.03%), NCI by (2.94%), JCC by (2.12%), and NIC by (1.23%).
