Gaza – Ma’an – The Kerem Shalom crossing between Israel and the Gaza Strip will allow food aid into Gaza Thursday, while the Karni and Nahal Oz crossings remain closed, Israeli officials decided.
Palestinian liaison officer for Israeli crossings authorities Raed Fattouh said Israel communicated to him that approximately 72-82 truckloads of aid, commercial and agricultural sector goods would be transferred into the Strip.
Crossings have been mostly shut for the entire week, with Kerem Shalom the only point operating from Sunday 4 October to 7 October, with approximately 450 truckloads of goods, and no fuel entering the strip over the past seven days. Crossings were totally shut Friday and Saturday.
