Israel will permit 3,000 cows to enter Strip ahead of Muslim holiday

Gaza – Ma’an – Though transfers of goods permitted into Gaza are near record lows, Israel announced 3,000 cows will be allowed into Gaza ahead of the Eid Al-Adha holiday at the end of November.
Cows will begin to be transferred on Monday, with further shipments expected in the weeks leading up to the holiday. Undersecretary of the ministry of Economy Naser As-Sarraj said 300 cows a day were expected to pas through the Kerem Shalom terminal in the south of the Strip.
