Gaza – Ma’an – Israeli authorities informed the Palestinians that all of the crossings for goods, fuel and humanitarian aid would be closed Friday, despite scheduled deliveries.

Crossings have been closed Fridays and Saturdays since mid-August. Saturdays are scheduled closures for the Jewish Sabbath, but until August Fridays saw crossings at least partially open.

Palestinian coordinator at the Gaza crossings Raed Fattuh said he was informed of the decision to close the crossings Friday morning.

On Thursday, Israel opened the Kerem Shalom and Nahal Oz crossings for food and fuel, while Karni remained closed.
