Bethlehem - Ma'an - Israel's Ministerial Committee on National Security hopes to "enter negotiations quickly, while finding a way to overcome the obstacles obstructing this goal," a statement from the group said Wednesday following a meeting.

The group also addressed concern that Palestinian elections, set for 24 January, may cause "a polarization of Palestinian Authority positions regarding Israel," and hinder possible talks.

According to the statement from the ministers, they were joined by military, intelligence, security and Foreign Ministry officials.

The only way to faster negotiations and achieving a desirable end result that would promise peace and security to both Israelis and Palestinians is by the Israeli leadership to stop its illegal and expansionist policies in Palestinian Lands.

so, bibi is now participating in the forthcoming fake pal elections too? Attempting to foster the ramallah gang, uh? and picking the palestinians to vote? DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE FOR A SUBDUED, OCCUPIED PPL TO VOTE? That's meant to distract pals from liberation, and have a bunch of colaborators ready
