Israeli helicopters evacuate 4 hurt in West Bank accident

Bethlehem – Ma'an – Two military helicopters evacuated four persons critically injured in a traffic accident south of Bethlehem on Thursday.

Israeli sources said 12 people - nine Israelis and three Palestinians - were injured in three-vehicle accident between the illegal settlements of El'Azar and Neveh Daniel.

Four settlers were seriously hurt, while three Palestinians and five Israeli citizens sustained moderate injuries, the sources said.

The same sources added that Israeli ambulances would transport two of the injured to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, others to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem, and the least injured to other hospitals.
