Shave Shomeron checkpoint removed

Nablus – Ma’an – The Shave Shomeron checkpoint, which blocked the main road between Nablus and Jenin, was removed on Monday, a spokesperson for the Nablus governorate reported.

The checkpoint, which had been closed for several months, was taken down and cars were able to pass in both directions as of last week, the official said.

Yet, another "good-will" gesture from Israel, that was NOT required!

The PA will probably repay the gesture with additional "incitement"
against Israel, NO progress towards talks or negotiations!!

that should not be considered a good will gesture anyway. It is in the interest of isreal to remove these road blocks because all it does it create animosity anyway. It is isreal's oblisgations under oslo and annapolis to remove them anyway. a good will gesture would be to offically accept the 1967 borders as the basis of negatioans and the PA could respond with something important to the isrealis like officially accepting large settlements to be part of isreal, oo wait the PA already did..lol
