BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Many of Britain's unions have thrown their weight behind a campaign of disinvestment and boycott from companies which are profiting from Israel's occupation of the Palestinian territories.

Trade unions voted unanimously at an annual conference for a motion put forward by the Transport Salaried Staffs' Association, seconded by the GMB, and supported by UNSION, the Public and Commercial Services Union, and the Fire Brigades' Union.

The motion called for the General Council to work closely with the Palestine Solidarity Campaign to actively encourage affiliates, employers and pension funds to disinvest from, and boycott the goods of, companies who profit from illegal settlements, the occupation and construction of the separation wall.

4) Fine, anyway your prime minister and military leaders are afraid to fly to England for fear they will be arrested for war crimes. Soon you will be boycotting tourism in the whole world to avoid being arrested. Have fun behind your walls.

Muslims in general, have turned into a deciding factor in tight UK politics in the last 10 years. Tony Blair hates them, but many british dignitaries accepts them as a force for now and the future, with there acceptionly high birth rate.

@Max: read the terms of the peace treaty that Israel signed with Jordan to see why what you are saying can never happen. "leave Israel alone". Remind me, who is occupying who?
