The Gaza Crossings Administration said 1673 Palestinians stranded on the Egyptian side of the crossing were permitted entry into Gaza. Most of them were patients who had received treatment in Egyptian hospitals, a statement said.

Meanwhile, 1,613 individuals traveled through the crossing into Egypt over the week, while 378 were denied passage by Egyptian authorities.
