BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- The Palestine Solidarity Campaign in the United Kingdom on Friday welcomed British Prime Minister David Cameron's decision to step down as patron of Jewish National Fund.
"This is a welcome development, and reflects the fact that it is now impossible for any serious party leader to lend their public support to racism," said campaign director Sarah Colborne.
"The Jewish National Fund plays a critical role in facilitating the continued dispossession and suffering of Palestinians," the Palestine Solidarity Campaign statement added.
