NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Settlers vandalized Palestinian property in the Ramallah village of Sinjil on Wednesday, a local official told Ma'an.

A group of settlers from Givat Ariel outpost wrote "Palestinians should die," and "Stay away from our lands," on a wall in the village, Sinjil mayor Ayoub Swaied said.

Settlers also left an improvised explosive device made from chemicals under a car. A box containing ethylene, benzene and sulfur was found underneath a car in the village, Swaied added.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said that "graffiti was discovered on the walls of a house in Sinjil and security forces are currently reviewing the incident."

Swaied called for an end to settler attacks.

Settler violence against Palestinians and their property is systematic in the West Bank.

Over 90 percent of villages which have experienced multiple attacks by settlers are under Israeli security control, the US-based Palestine Center says.

Local Palestinians only have the official protection of an army which they claim ignores settler violence.

Time for the so called PA to start protecting the Local Palestinians from such attacks by ARMS if necessary. If Israeli has the power to protect there citizens so has the PA. What has Israeli and it's US supporters got to say about the use of explosive chemical devices (Small WMD's) on citizens ??

I've commented on events like this before. I've always strongly condemned such attacks and violence on Palestinians like this. I've repeatedly said all criminal Israelites causing unwarranted harm to Palestinians must be caught and punished. I've also sent serious messages to the right people and committees in our Knesset and IDF strongly calling for stronger cooperation between the IDF and Palestinian security forces to stop this. The use of any explosives is extremely criminal.

Maan should NOT print lies.
Settlers did write "Don't touch our lands",
but they did NOT write "Palestinian" anything,
or even the word "die, death, kill," or anything like that !!!

So Please, for the sake of peace, retract the LIE,
and prevent printing such lies in the future !!

#3 I tend to believe that a llegitimate news media agency like Ma'an has more credibility than an anonymous comment posted in the comments section. Provide names, links, and evidence that the above didn't happen and maybe Ma'an would listen to your compliant.

#3 Interesting. Just for us non-Hebrew speakers, what exactly does the graffiti in the photo say? I mean you're probably right, leaving a bomb makes writing "die, death, kill" on a wall largely redundant. No need to repeat yourself. "So Please, for the sake of peace, retract the LIE, and prevent printing such lies in the future !!" Retracting the graffiti, the bomb and Givat Ariel would also be good..."for the sake of peace".

The terrorism these illegal squatters is disgusting. How can they live when they are so full of hate? They should be sent back to the US and Russia where they came from and let Palestine live in peace.

I hope out of all this conflict humanity learns you can't just put a peoples where ever you see fit. I know an antiquated book promised this land to the "chosen" people.. but come on. How absurd.

The US has got to stop funding this country. We are just enabling these bullies.

For Peace Sake, it does say that. Why are you spreading misinformation. For everybody else, don't take me at my word. Look it up on Google translate and compare the graffiti to the translation. I'm just confirming the translation and the picture I see are in fact the same

This is just the tip of the iceberg. This happens Everyday in Palestine all the major news networks around the world don't report it as the media is controlled by Israelis/zionists. They show what they want to show. If one Israeli dies its all over the news and stuff like this gets swept under the rug. Open your eyes world!!

What else is to be expected from racist thugs who live to destroy other people's lives and lands?

Funny how Israelis lied too much until they believed that "Palestine" is really their land.

#11 "Look it up on Google translate and compare the graffiti to the translation." That's a good idea but I fear beyond me. It's interesting that no Hebrew speakers, and I'm sure many must have read this, are willing to clarify what their brothers from Givat Ariel wrote on the wall whether out of shame or just unhelpfulness. I asked quite politely. Yehuda? Brian? "Tibi"?

@Yehuda Solomon. This bringing it up with the Knesset and the IDF. Does it work? Does anything actually improve? (that's not a rhetorical question, by the way. am curious to see what happens.)

Ive witnessed this first hand when i visited the west bank. its horrendous what happens. honestly it all just pure bullshit. its sad how the world views the palestinians as the perpetrators and the israelis as the victims, when its the exact opposite.

Most Jews in Israel are Khazar Jews. They are the most arrogant people on the face of the earth. I am sick of my tax money going to such bigotry.

Both sides are wrong. The situation is more complicated and emotional than you know. Go, visit, live there, talk to the people, see it, until then you have little idea.

@ 15) Ian/Australia, In light of the English translation of the Hebrew graffiti on the wall in the image that the article reports and the comments from 3) and 11), you have a very justifiable request for the sake of truth and accuracy. So here it is: Based on what is SHOWN in the image (that is, unless there is more graffiti elsewhere that is not shown), 3) is CORRECT. What is written and shown does translate to: "Stay away from our lands or there will be a 'price tag' (retribution) (cont.)

21 ) Yehuda Solomon / Israel

to PAY." Based on what is shown, there is no mention of death or killing of Palestinians or anything like that. So I must take severe exception to the comments of 11), Belphagor/Anon and say point-blank he (she ?) is WRONG (again, based on what the photo shows.) @ 16) Gerald Quimpo/New Zealand, Yes, it has worked on many occasions but you just don't read about it as much because when criminal violence IS prevented/stopped it's just not as newsworthy. That sure as hell doesn't excuse (cont.)

22 ) Yehuda Solomon / Israel

or compensate for the criminal violence that keeps occurring. That must be absolutely prevented/stopped as well and those responsible caught and punished. @ 18) Charlene Doe/USA, You don't know what the hell you're talking about. Yes, many of us have come from the Khazar region (areas of western Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc.) but just as many from central/eastern Europe, Spain, northern Africa, other Mediterranean Sea areas, too (as well as Western nations). Wake UP.

Mr. Solomon, i just love how you didn't reply to my comment, because you know what I'm saying is true, for i have seen it first hand. i think you're the one who needs to wake up. wake up from your long sleep, where you have this dream called "Israel" on a land that doesn't belong to you. maybe then you'll see the situation as it really is.

#20-22 Shukran jazeelan, Yehuda, ya azizi, for your honest translation. We disagree about some things but not the hatefulness of these "price tag" attacks and threats. I know we differ but my view about the solution is the same as that expressed by Rabbi Froman from Tekoa: that ALL the children of Ibrahim should share in the holiness of the land and that the purity necessary for the Children of Israel to do so will come, in his view, from making peace with their Palestinian neighbours. Shalom

@ 24) Ian/Australia, You're welcome and Shalom to you, also. @ 23) Jason/Canada, I wasn't ignoring you. I'm not a mind reader so if you'd like me to reply as 15) Ian/Australia did ... just SAY so. So if you've seen or heard about criminal Israelite violence first-hand towards ANY Palestinian ANYwhere, based on that your point is we're living in a dreamland on land that doesn't belong to us ??? Yeah ... R-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-g-h-t. You must have gone off the Canadian Niagara Falls.

Yea bud, I'm of Palestinian origin, my family owns property that has been taken from us, BY FORCE by the israeli settlers. its land that doesn't belong to you. so please, go back to wherever you came from, and let people live in peace.
