BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) -- The Ahrar center for prisoners studies and human rights says Raafat Nasif, 45, from Tulkarem, the longest serving administrative detainee, will be freed on Sunday.
The director of the center, Fuad al-Khafsh, said Saturday that Nasif would be freed in Hebron after being held for 44 months without charge or trial since his arrest in March 2009.
Nasif had previously served 10 years in Israeli custody.
