TEL AVIV (Reuters) -- Air raid sirens sounded in Tel Aviv on Friday and an explosion was heard, witnesses said, and Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip said they had fired a rocket at Israel's commercial center.

A police spokesman acknowledged an explosion had been heard but said there was no initial indication a rocket had struck the city nor any immediate reports of casualties or damage.

The armed wing of Hamas said it had fired a Qassam rocket at Tel Aviv.

Militants in Gaza launched two rockets toward the city on Thursday. The location of the impacts was not disclosed.

All those Israeli's should take a bus down to Gaza & COMPARE pot-holes in the ground left by crude DEFENSE rockets, with the CRATERS & totqal MOONSCAPES,left by IDF HELO-TANK-DRONE-NAVY HI-TECH GUIDED MISSILES! In fact the Jewish-colony occupiers would go back feeling SAFER with the fire-crackers fired from the resistance in Gaza?? Ask Bibi,if the IDF fired those(conveniently)"Iranian' rockets at Tel Aviv too,for ELECTION CAMPAIGN "purposes".Sirens are "good"for VOTES eh?

The media compare Palestinian rocket numbers to Israeli 'strikes' without any reference to their potency. The complex and powerful Israeli projectiles literally demolish large buildings, killing all it's occupants. The rockets fired from Gaza could make a direct hit and still only need a local handyman to fix the damage. It's curious that only supporters of the Palestinians condemn the loss of life on both sides of this slaughter. Yes, it's a one sided slaughter , not a 'conflict'.
