Jihad claims Tel Aviv rocket; Israel says city not targeted

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Islamic Jihad militants said on Monday they had fired a "Fajr" missile at Bat Yam south of Tel Aviv for the first time.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said no rockets had been fired towards Tel Aviv on Monday.
