BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Panama on Wednesday summoned Israel's ambassador to protest Israel's decision to expand Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank, Hebrew media reported.

Panama was one of nine countries to vote against a resolution upgrading Palestine to a non-member state of the UN in November.

Italian Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi on Wednesday summoned the Israeli ambassador to a meeting to express strong disapproval of Israel's settlement expansion plans, the foreign ministry in Rome said.

The European Union and individual countries including Britain, France, Spain, Sweden and Denmark have already summoned Israeli ambassadors over the settlement issue.

Looks like Panama is a US surrogate. It was the only Latin American country to vote against Palestine, and now it's the only one to summon the Israeli ambassador. Doing what the US would like to do, as its proxy.

Kingly VISITS, EU CALLS, and the recent UNGA RESOLUTIONS just lead to USELESS words, pictures, and handshakes, and NOTHING else, regardless
of what they say, and until Palestinians Negotiate for real statehood,
THE STATUS QUO WILL REMAIN !!!

Remember, that in every country, there are two Levels, great majority of THE Common People, and then there's, "Los de Arriba / Rabiblancos" -the Controllers. I doubt THE People even were aware of the vote. As to the Controllers, what yOu bet, the U.S. banksters, have them by the cojones!
