HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli authorities issued demolition orders for a home in the Hebron town of Yatta on Saturday, a local committee said.

Rateb al-Jabour, spokesman for the local committee against settlements, told Ma'an that officials from the civil administration were escorted into Yatta by soldiers to issue demolition orders for the home of Mahmoud Ibrahim Makhamra.

The Makhamra family received a demolition order for their home six years ago, al-Jabour added, but the order was suspended.

Twelve people live in the house, which is located in Area B of the West Bank.

Israel waited years for the PA electric debts to reach $200 Million, and Israel waited 6 years to implement a demolition order for a house built without the required permits in Area B of the West Bank, but eventually ISRAEL WILL COLLECT ALL DEBTS OWED IT.

Tobias - what about the debts owed to the Palestinians? Will Israel pay them? I'm speaking of UN resolution 273, where Israel was granted membership of the UN conditional upon Israel abiding res. 194 - which was to allow the refugees back OR pay just compensation. How much compensation has been paid? Nothing. Nada. Nil. Zilch. So pay up.

Tobias, one the Palestinians are still occupied and do not have a contiguous, viable state and you mention an Area B that's not independent, and Israel can enter it whenever it chooses like when it raided human rights associations in Ramallah, but it feels it doesn't have to provide for electricity. Israel also does not tend to issue permits to gentiles i.e. the Christian and Muslim inhabitants kind of like how gentiles didn't give Jews certain jobs. Israel's policies are racist.
