Police arrest driver of crowded bus, impound vehicle

TULKAREM (Ma'an) -- Police on Wednesday impounded a 7-seater minibus found carrying 25 children in Tulkarem.

Police said the vehicle was transporting the children to a kindergarten.

The driver was arrested, police said in a statement.
