HEBRON (Ma'an) -- A man was wounded on Saturday while running away from an Israeli border patrol unit south of Hebron, Israeli sources said.

The man, from Hebron, was trying to cross into Israel from the West Bank and did not have a permit, the sources said.

While trying to cross, the man noticed an Israeli military patrol and fled the area, falling down from a gap of 1.5 meters and causing serious injuries.

The unidentified man was evacuated to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.

The Soroka Medical Centre staff may be starting to ask themselves some questions with teh arrival of this patient who, like the dead Oday Kamil Muhammad Darwish, ended up in their centre for the same reason.

Two Palestinians have died in the last two days from Israeli soldiers shooting "at their legs." You'd think that with all the money American taxpayers give Israel they could train the soldiers how to handle an assault rifle. Maybe the soldiers think that Palestinian's entire bodies are made out of legs?
