HEBRON (Ma’an) -- Israel's top court on Thursday set a date to hear an appeal against settler ownership of a strategically-located house in Hebron, a local group said.
Israel's Supreme Court will hear the case on Feb. 17, 2014 the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee said.
The case relates to the Rajabi building, which lies in Hebron's Old City, and is subject to a long-running dispute after Israel settlers said they had acquired it from Palestinians in 2007.
