GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Israeli authorities closed the Kerem Shalom crossing between Israel and the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, as general elections take place across the country.
An official in the Palestinian crossings department told Ma'an that the crossing would reopen Wednesday. Erez crossing is also partially closed due to voting, with medical patients the only passengers allowed to cross, Palestinian sources said.
