Islamic Jihad member killed in central Gaza 'mission'

GAZA CITY (Ma’an) -- A member of Islamic Jihad's armed wing died Saturday in a "mission" in the central Gaza Strip, the group announced in a statement.

Jihad Yousef al-Sos, 22, was from al-Nuseirat refugee camp, according to the statement which did not elaborate on the circumstances of the man's death.

I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing because there are missing details which makes the info seem sketchy. Aren't the Jihadists a group of revised Islamists? And aren't they known for terroristic activities against the Shia? So what kid of mission was this in the Gaza Strip where all are striving for peace and recognition as a Palestinian state?
