EL-ARISH, Egypt (Ma'an) -- Egyptian authorities on Tuesday seized a stash of anti-aircraft shells in Sinai, around 30 km from the Israeli border, a security source said.
The Egyptian security official told Ma'an that a large force backed by armored vehicles raided a desert area 10 km from Houseinat, south of el-Arish.
They found 99 rounds of anti-aircraft shells and explosives buried underground, he said.
