Over 200 people take part in mass Gaza wedding

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Over 200 people took part in a mass wedding in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, a local organization said.

The mass wedding was organized by an association in the coastal territory which facilitates marriage arrangements, with most of the participants war victims with disabilities, blind or elderly.

Saed Abu Nada, director of the organization, said the event was designed to help the disabled, financially marginalized and divorced to find their life-partner

The wedding took place in the Square of the Unknown Soldier.

Robby its a Traditional Scarf with symbolic designs related to Gaza or Hamas. Its rarely seen outside of Palestinian circles. Its not related to the item you mentioned.

Alfa mabruk aleyhum (a thousand blessings be upon them). May Allah (God) grant them all every happiness & a long life together. May Allah (God) grant them peace, stability and everything that they may wish from their marriage. May Allah make their path easy for them & shower them with His Blessings. @Robby: the scarves are the colours of the traditional Palestinian male headress (Shemagh or Keffiyeh) & have become synonymous with the Palestinian struggle. People all over the world wear them now.
