SALFIT (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces arrested three teenagers in a Salfit village overnight Monday, locals said.
Rabee Samir Salih Sultan, 15, his brother Murad, 18, and Nour Attallah Farid Sultan, 15 were detained in an overnight arrest raid in the village of Haris, witnesses said.
An Israeli army spokesman said three people were arrested in Haris, and one in Qalqiliya.
Prisoner rights group Addameer says the most common charge against children is stone-throwing, which is punishable for up to 20 years in jail under Israeli military law.
Since 2000, over 8,000 Palestinian children have been arrested by Israeli military forces.
