NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces demolished an electricity grid in Nablus on Wednesday, leading to clashes with local residents, a Palestinian Authority official said.

Israeli bulldozers arrived in the village of Qusra at noon and destroyed an electricity grid in the area, cutting off power to dozens of residents, PA official Ghassan Daghlas told Ma'an.

Local youths threw stones at Israeli forces, who fired tear gas and sound grenades at villagers, he added.

Several people were lightly injured.

An Israeli army spokeswoman did not return calls seeking comment.

Why? Because they can. Because they want to cause as much harassment to the Palestinians as they can - and they call the Palestinians terrorists?!

The Palestinians are under and endless attacks by the Israeli's. I hope that Palestine can survive and I wish that countries would stop supporting Israel and their plights to steal Palestine and abolish it and its people.

So basically, settlers burn mosques in Qusra, settlers shoot youth in Qusra, settlers burn olive trees in Qusra, off duty IDF soldiers burn cars in Qursa, and the Israeli military destroys the electrical infrastructure of Qusra. Wake up PNA!
