First , Tramadol is an analgesic , a synthetic inducer of serotonin. It is usualy prescribed for people with arthritis to control pain , restless leg syndrome etc...It is not an opiate . Just wanted to share this so people would know that ,this drug might be illegal in Egypt , but it is a common prescription drug. It is also used as an analgesic for animals as pet meds. This article make it sound like this lady is a drug runner of seriously illicit drugs.

Due to her being in ElArish , it is possible that she was smuggling the drugs into Gaza , a place that lacks adequate supply of medicines due to the Israeli embargo with Egyptian complicity. Any person with soem heart might do the same.
