Fatah Youth: Send Israel to ICC over prisoner death

NABLUS (Ma'an) -- The Fatah Youth movement on Monday called for Israeli leaders to be tried at the International Criminal Court over the death of a Palestinian detainee.

Palestinian officials say an autopsy conducted in Israel showed that 30-year-old Arafat Jaradat died in Megiddo prison from extreme torture.

Fatah Youth said in a statement that the torture of Jaradat violated Geneva Conventions and human rights and called for Israeli leaders to be punished.

Absolutely correct. The sooner the better because Israel will not stop their brutal behaviour and one can't expect an unbiased behaviour from the US. the PA should not waste valuable time and take Israeli murderers to the ICC.
