HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces on Thursday detained two Palestinians in Hebron after raiding their houses, locals said.

Miqdad Arqam Ahmaro, 17, and Majd Banan Ahmaro, 18, were taken to an unknown location.

An army spokeswoman confirmed those arrests and said three others were detained in separate raids on Beit Fajjar southwest of Bethlehem and the Ramallah-area villages of Beit Ur al-Tahta and Beit Sira.

The other three were not immediately identified.
