1,000 pilgrims depart West Bank for Mecca

JERICHO (Ma’an) -- A thousand pilgrims from all over the West Bank arrived at the border in Jericho on Wednesday to travel to Jordan and then onward to Mecca.
Police said 20 buses arrived at the border Wednesday to cross toward Amman.
