NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces arrested four people in arrest raids overnight Monday, locals and Israel's army said.
Saed Ahmad Yousef and Ali Salah were detained in the Nablus village of Burqa and taken to an unknown destination, witnesses told Ma'an.
In Jenin, Suheib al-Ghoul, 19, and Muhammad Abul, 23, were arrested after a raid on their homes.
An Israeli army spokesman said four people were detained overnight for "terror activity", without providing further details.
Two people were arrested in Burqa and two in Jenin, she said.
Meanwhile, locals in Jenin told Ma'an Tuesday that Israeli military forces were conducting a training exercise in the area.
Witnesses said Israeli troops set up a firing range between the villages of al-Araqa and at-Tarem in west Jenin, with the main road between the villages closed to Palestinians.
Israeli forces dressed as Palestinians were throwing stones in what appeared to be a training exercise mimicking demonstrations, witnesses added.
