SALFIT (Ma'an) -- A man accidentally ran over and killed his 6-year-old son with a forklift truck on Wednesday near Salfit, police said.

Karim Abu Hammad was pronounced dead on arrival to the Yasser Arafat Hospital.

Witnesses said his father ran him over while unloading cargo in Kifl Haris, according to a police statement.
