Islamic Jihad leader dies in Nablus

NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Yousef al-Arif, a leader of the Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine, died on Friday in the West Bank following a severe heart attack.
Al-Arif, who was 65 years old, was a prominent leader of the Islamic Jihad movement in Nablus and in the West Bank in general. He spent almost 10 years of his life in Israeli jails.
He was also a school teacher.
