RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- The administration of Ofer prison informed prisoners of its intention to move a large number of administrative detainees to the Negev prison.
The Palestinian Prisoners Society condemned the action as “repressive” and said it aimed to divide administrative detainees in order to foil the steps they have taken against administrative detention.
A statement from the society said that detainees will continue their protest steps as scheduled, and will have a 2-day hunger strike each week between Dec. 10 and 30.
