Israel released 26 veteran Palestinian prisoners Tuesday at 2.15 a.m. completing a third stage of the release of 104 prisoners held in Israeli jails before the Oslo Accords of 1994.

Eighteen prisoners from the West Bank were released from Ofer detention center near the Ramallah-area town of Beitunia, while five prisoners from Jerusalem were set free at al-Zaytouna checkpoint near al-Ezariya in East Jerusalem.

Three inmates from the Gaza Strip were freed at Erez checkpoint on the borders between Israel and the northern Gaza Strip.

You Palestinian lovers take note: The Palestinians demand the release of convicted murderers, not women or youths. All of these are men, all convicted of murdering (23) or attempting to murder (3) Israelis - mostly Israeli civilians. Why didn't they demand that females be released? This is your Palestine. Where the crowds come out to the streets to cheer murderers. What a sad, pathetic and probably dangerous country Palestine will be.

Of those previously released, how many have already been rearrested?

To Brian Cohen #1: 'You Palestinian lovers take note: The Palestinians demand the release of convicted murderers, not women or youths.' YOU take note. How many Jewish murderers of Palestinians are currently imprisoned at all? How many were even convicted? What a 'sad, pathetic and probably dangerous country' Israel IS. Poor Brain -- you walk into it every time, don't you?
