NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained three Palestinians from Balata refugee camp and Rafidia in Nablus in a dawn road on the northern Palestinian city.

Local sources told Ma'an that a large unit of Israeli army forces accompanied by Israeli police stormed Balata camp and seized cars, motorcycles, and motor spare parts.

Mohammad Theeb, 43, and Jamal Hannoun,33 , were arrested during the raid on the camp.

Israeli forces also raided the Rafidia area west of Nablus. During that raid, they detained Mohammad Samih Elewei, 25, and seized mobile telephones and computers from his home.

An Israeli army spokeswoman confirmed the detentions.

The internationally recognized Palestinian territories of which the West Bank and East Jerusalem form a part have been occupied by the Israeli military since 1967.
