RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Interim Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah will meet a number of officials to discuss an agreement to be reached with UNRWA to end a 43-day strike, Ma'an has learned.
Informed sources said Tuesday that Hamdallah recently intensified his efforts in negotiations with UNRWA directors, and he believes his proposal will meet the demands of both sides.
Hamdallah received a letter from UNRWA general commissioner Filippo Grandi putting forward positive ideas that will help in reaching an end to the strike, the sources said.
