BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A gas leak caused a massive explosion that destroyed a residential building in the Israeli settlement of Gilo on Sunday night, killing three and injuring at least 15, according to Israeli media reports.

Israeli news site Ynet reported that a couple and their young child were killed when the apartment building they live in was rocked by the large explosion, whose effects could be heard across south Jerusalem and in parts of Bethlehem as well.

The explosion also injured 15 other residents of the building, one severely.

Israeli police arrested a gas technician who had been called to fix a gas leak earlier in the day but had not finished the job, and fire forces claimed "there is little doubt the blast was a result of negligence," according to Ynet.

Funny, "Israelis" already blame Palestinians in the talkbacks at Ynet. Must be a terror attack, just as Palestinians breathing air is a terror attack.
