BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Russia and Palestine signed three agreements on Friday, the Palestinian ambassador to Russia said.
Fayed Mustafa told Ma'an that the Russian and Palestinian ministries of interior signed an agreement.
A second agreement was signed regarding customs, and a third regarding health, Mustafa said, without providing further details about the agreements.
He added that a joint Palestinian-Russian economic committee was formed to improve trade and economic cooperation.
Abbas' visit to Russia has been "exceptionally successful," Mustafa said.
During his four-day visit to Russia, Abbas is scheduled to meet with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
