JERUSALEM (AFP) -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will fly to Washington on March 2 and is expected to meet US President Barack Obama, his office said on Monday.

"The prime minister will be going to the United States on March 2 for the annual meeting of AIPAC in Washington," an official in Netanyahu's office told AFP, referring to a powerful pro-Israel lobby group.

@1) Careful dear Mel or you may find the Hasbara Youth goosestepping down your street. He's going to hit the high spots: Washington, California - not just silicon valley - but where there is also great support in Hollywood, as in Hooray for. Betcha Streisand gives a bash for him as she did for the IOF. Will his speech before AIPAC match that of his predecessor at Nuremberg?
