RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- One person was injured on Friday as Israeli military forces dispersed a weekly Friday demonstration by villagers in Bilin, locals said.

Dozens of Palestinian, Israeli and international activists planted olive trees near the Israeli separation wall and placed empty tear gas canisters under existing trees.

Demonstrators also raised Palestinian flags and chanted songs for political unity, and in support of Palestinian prisoners.

Israeli forces used pepper spray to disperse the demonstrators, injuring Wael Burnat, 34. He received medical treatment at the scene.

THE WALL WILL STAY, AND the riots will continue being dispersed, and NOTHING WILL IMPROVE, UNTIL THE PLO ACCEPTS ISRAEL'S TERMS, for Palestinian statehood, even if every Arab tree has its own flag & ring of used tear-gas grenades, like the one pictured above.

The Arabs have found that these constant riotous actions are great propaganda, whatever casualtys they suffer and the arrests are fodder, and are well worth the costs.....and they are right...this feeds the anti Israel Jew haters and the liberal anti Semites...it also riles up the pointy headed Jews who rise to the bait of suffering Arabs...strangely..the Palestinians live better then any Arab in the world ...less the gulf states..but those have no rights at all...and so it goes

Tibi - you state that the PLO must accept Israel's terms. This is arrogant and wrong. Peace can only be achieved if you recognise the Palestinians as human beings with the same rights as you. Using military power to force the Palestinians to give in to your demands is unacceptable.

Right on, Mike from Scotland ! It's shameful that more of my own countrymen have not yet figured this out, but the tide is turning.

Agreed Greg! There is more and more awareness of the brutal occupation under which the Palestinians suffer. It would be laughable to say that Palestinians live better than other Arabs if it weren't so tragically WRONG.
