RAMALLAH (AFP) -- The basis of future peace talks with Israel must change, a Palestinian official said Thursday, after Israel's chief negotiator said a planned release of Palestinian prisoners would not take place.

"Israel has a habit of evading agreements and conventions it has signed," Yasser Abed Rabbo, general secretary of the PLO executive committee told AFP.

"That is why conditions for future negotiations must change radically."

"change radically"?CORRECT!So,stop ALL future'negotiations'which always fall on delibarately-deaf Zionist,& muffled USG,ears! Palestine knows that Zionism has 1 GOAL i.e.to remove PALESTINE/non-Jews,period! The greatest Zionist FEAR is that"Jewish"DEMOGRAPHICSwill be lost(they will anyway). So they're trying desperately to GET THE IRON FORTESS WALL(360)built around as much stolen land as possible. But even that WON'T WORK!Zionism is going down! Palestine is going UP! Nothing TO NEGOTIATE!

Oh yes, the terms of the talks will change, but probably not to the PLO's satisfaction. Unintended consequences can be a bear.
