JENIN (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained three Palestinian men in the West Bank early Monday, Palestinian security sources said.

The sources said Israeli military vehicles stormed the northern West Bank village of Rummana in the Jenin district and that soldiers detained 21-year-old Zuheir Rashid al-Ahmad after ransacking his home.

Additionally, Israeli forces stopped 19-year-old Jenin resident Jamal Ighbariyya at a military checkpoint between Tulkarem and Jenin and arrested him.

Meanwhile, in the Salfit district, Israeli forces raided the village of Kifil Haris overnight and detained 20-year-old Aziz Ayman Jabir, the sources said.

An Israeli military spokeswoman said the army detained two Palestinians overnight -- one in Rummana and one in al-Yamun.
