GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian man in the northern Gaza Strip on Monday, a ministry spokesman and medics told Ma'an.

Ashraf al-Qidra, Gaza's health ministry spokesman, said that Israeli naval forces shot a Palestinian man in the hand and the back, moderately injuring him.

Medics identified the man as 52-year-old Imad Shukri Salim, and told Ma'an that he had been taken to Kamal Adwan hospital for treatment.

An Israeli military spokeswoman did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

Surround them... Pack them in.. Shoot at them from every direction.. Terrorize them.. Starve them.. Pollute them.. Chase them back and forth.. Hover terror/death drones over them... 2 or three shot each day... All for what? Amusement? Such a sick, and morally dead society..
