RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- On their 54th day of strike, hunger-striking prisoners called on the Palestinian leadership and Palestinians to intervene and save their lives in their battle against administrative detention.

The prisoners pointed out that they will not “excuse” anyone who does not support them and that they are grateful for everyone who does.

The hunger strikers told a Prisoners' Society lawyer, who visited a number of them in Tel Hashomir hospital, that their conditions have deteriorated in the last few days and several were moved to intensive care units. Nine had a decrease in their pulse, and 20 suffered from blood loss and were moved to intensive care units for several days.

Prisoners said that there had not been any meetings with any representative of the Israeli prison service for eight days, “which is an attempt to cause the prisoners to be more desperate.”

Jawad Boulos said that the prisoners insist on continuing their “battle” despite that many of them have lost around 25 percent of their weight.

There is a very simple way to stay alive - start eating. But if those palestinian terrorists want to die - let them die, no one should stop them from doing that.

The only way for "Palestinians to intervene" is by Violent Clashes, and the CLASHES WILL CHANGE NOTHING for the "Hunger-strikers", though many "clashers" themselves will be injured, and some will be killed.
