GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Egypt opened the Rafah crossing Monday to allow pilgrims to leave Gaza and travel to Saudi Arabia for the Umrah pilgrimage.

Over 490 Gazans left early Monday and 152 pilgrims returned to Gaza from Saudi Arabia.

Four seriously injured Palestinians entered Egypt for treatment.

Egypt has largely kept the Rafah crossing, the only border through which Palestinians can exit Gaza, closed during Israel's assault on the territory.

Well yes! El Sisi has to let pilgrims thru(at behest of Riyadh &Jeddah).USG & Israel won't upset Saudi(AQ/ISIS),coz Saudi might embargo oil exports to the West? And how many allowed thru'for critical med.care(post Israel's 1,200 MISSILES& Tank'Morty's'into POW-Gaza)were Egyptian nationals &how many "just"BOMBARDED Palestinians?'Scuse me repeating myself, but there are FEW issues here, not involving Israel's WAR CRIMES & USG&client collusion! What do you think,Maan?Political pilgrimage??
