RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Clashes broke out on Friday between Palestinians and Israeli settlers at the entrance to the village of Abud west of Ramallah.

The clashes broke out after Palestinians wounded a settler after throwing stones at his car during a protest in against Israeli assault in Gaza.

The Israeli army arrived at the scene and Palestinians threw stones and empty bottles at them.

The soldiers in turn fired tear gas and rubber-coated steel bullets at the Palestinians, who stationed themselves in agricultural land above the road.

More than 150 Palestinians were wounded on Friday as Israeli forces dispersed protests across the central West Bank in solidarity with the people of Gaza, who have been under sustained Israeli assault for the last 11 days.

Love those kids or hate them - it is impossible not to be impressed and in awe of their guts, courage and strength. Likewise, and to be sure, the Israeli's, with their guns, bombs and choice weapons of death disgusts humanity with their obscene cowardice.
