BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A group of Jewish-American tourists in Bethlehem organized a vigil in solidarity with the people of the besieged Gaza Strip on Friday.

The group said that the vigil, which was held in Manger Square in the historic city center, was meant to show their rejection of the Israeli assault that left more than 2,000 Palestinians dead over the last seven weeks.

This is wonderful - I imagine they will all be interrogated at the airport on the way out, if they fly from Tel Aviv and not let back into Israel or the Occupied Territories again. They should leave from Jordan. They are brave to do this in Bethlehem, which is imprisoned by the wall and thanks and IDF soldiers all over. Good for them!

sorry, I don't beleive it that is genuine. I think it is progaganda with purposply-taken photos to send the message that their they are normal people with a sense for justice and compassion. The reality is that they are part of the hasbara.
