بيت لحم- معا- في التاسع عشر من أيار 2022 تم افتتاح المساحات الجديدة لمركز التدريب في مركز تطوير رياض الأطفال (روضة بيت لحم الحكومية) بحضور ممثلين عن مديرية التربية والتعليم في بيت لحم ومديرة وطاقم الروضة، بالإضافة الى عدد من أولياء الأمور وأطفال الروضة.
مركز التدريب، والذي تم تأهيله وتجهيزه بفضل مشروع REIMAGINE: Beyond Covid-19 - A New Multipurpose Space for the Educational Community of Bethlehem، من خلال عملية تخطيط تشاركي تشمل جميع أصحاب المصلحة، يمكن الآن استخدامه ليس فقط لتوفير التدريب للمعلمين والمربيين، بل أيضًا لتنفيذ الأنشطة مع العائلات كما تقول السيدة دينا الشاعر، مديرة روضة بيت لحم الحكومية: "يتيح لنا المركز بحلته الجديدة تطوير وتطبيق العديد من التجارب التعليمية المختلفة، مع الأطفال ومع أولياء الأمور، حول مواضيع مختلفة تتعلق بالتعليم في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ". كما ويمكن استخدامه من قبل مركز بيت لحم التعلمي الإبداعي لإعادة استخدام مخلفات البيئة (BECRC) لتنفيذ ورشات العمل والتدريبات حول استخدام المواد المختلفة في قطاع التعليم. كما صرحت السيدة صفيناز العجوري، منسقة مركزBECRC : "سيتم استخدام مساحات مركز التدريب كما هي الآن من قبل مركزنا لتنفيذ ورش عمل حول إمكانية إعادة استخدام المواد للمعلمين من جميع المراحل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، عرضنا تشكيلة من المواد التي نوفرها في BECRC على رفوف مركز التدريب الجديد ونأمل أن تصبح مصدر إلهام لجميع الأشخاص الذين يدخلون المركز".
هذا المشروع ليس الأول الذي تنفذه مؤسسة Volontari nel Mondo – RTM في روضة بيت لحم الحكومية. "يشهد مشروع REIMAGINE على الالتزام الطويل الأمد لـ RTM في مجال تعليم الطفولة المبكرة في فلسطين. إن روضة بيت لحم الحكومية هي بالفعل نقطة مرجعية لتدخل RTM في فلسطين: أولاً، تم تأهيل وتجديد البيئة التعليمية للروضة في عام 2019، ثم في عام 2021 بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم، أنشأنا وافتتحنا مركز BECRC. الآن مع هذا التدخل، تم إعادة تخيل مساحات مركز التدريب وجعلها مرنة ومتعددة الاستخدام وجاهزة للترحيب بالأطفال وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين، بهدف تطوير التحالف التعليمي مع مجتمع بيت لحم" كما قالت السيدة آنا تولدو، منسقة المشروع وممثلة مؤسسة RTM في فلسطين.
تم تمويل مشروع REIMAGINE من قبل Regione Emilia-Romagna وتنفيذه من قبل Volontari nel Mondo RTM بالشراكة مع Fondazione Reggio Children - Centro Loris Malaguzzi و Fondazione E35 و وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية.
On the 19/05/2022 the new spaces of the Training Center of the Bethlehem Public Preschool were inaugurated in the presence of several representatives of the Directorate of Education of Bethlehem and the director, teachers, parents, and children of the preschool.
The Training Center, renovated and set up thanks to the project REIMAGINE: Beyond Covid-19 a new multipurpose space for the educational community of Bethlehem through a participatory planning process, can now be used not only to provide training for the educational staff, but also to implement activities with families as Mrs. Dina Sha'er, preschool principal says “The new spaces and furniture are allowing us to develop many different educational experiences, with children but also with parents, which usually come here to talk with the teachers and are trained by the educational staff of the preschool on different topics concerning early childhood education” and it can be used by the Bethlehem Educational Creative Reuse Center (مركز بيت لحم التعلمي الابداعي لاعادة استخدام مخلفات البيئة becrc) to facilitate workshop and training on the use of reused materials in the educational sector. As Mrs. Safinaz Alajuri, coordinator of the BECRC states, “The Training Center spaces as they are now will be used by the BECRC for the implementation of workshops on the potential of reuse materials addressed to educators of all grades. In addition, the shelving units provided will allow the BECRC materials to be more displayed and hopefully, they will become a source of inspiration to all the people entering the Training Center.”
This project is not the first one implemented by Volontari nel Mondo – RTM at the Bethlehem Public Preschool: “REIMAGINE testifies the long-standing commitment of Volontari Nel Mondo - RTM in the field of Early Childhood Education in Palestine. The Bethlehem Public Preschool is indeed a point of reference of RTM intervention in Palestine: first, the learning environment of the preschool was renovated in 2019, then, in 2021 in collaboration with the Ministry of Education we set up and inaugurated the BECRC. Now with this intervention, the preschool’s Training Center spaces are rethought and made flexible, ready to welcome children, parents, and teachers, with the goal of further developing the educational alliance with the Bethlehem community” says Ms. Anna Toldo, RTM Project Coordinator and Country Representative in Palestine.
REIMAGINE is funded by the Regione Emilia-Romagna and implemented by Volontari nel Mondo RTM in partnership with Fondazione Reggio Children - Centro Loris Malaguzzi, Fondazione E35 and the Palestinian Ministry of Education وزارة التربية والتعليم.
