مؤسسة متطوعون في العالم"RTM" يدعمون التعليم خلال فترة الطوارئ بفلسطين

بيت لحم- معا- دعمت مؤسسة متطوعون في العالمRTM) ) التعليم في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة خلال فترة الطوارئ "Covid 19" في فلسطين.

وقالت المؤسسة انه وفي هذه الأوقات العصيبة المدارس مغلقة وحيث ان البقاء في المنزل هو واقع يومي للجميع, من المهم أن نأخذ في الاعتبار أن عمليات التعلم للأطفال ,والتي هي عادة مدعومة بخبرة المدرسة، تتطلب المزيد من الاهتمام والرعاية من البالغين. بما انهم لا يستطيعون الذهاب الى المدرسة ولقاء الاصدقاء واكتساب كافة الخبرات اليومية التي تغني حياة وخبرة الاطفال لذلك مهم أن نقدم لهم تجارب بسيطة يمكنها دعم فضولهم ورغبتهم في البحث والمعرفة والتعلم.

وقالت "للرد على حالة الطوارئ هذه متطوعين في العالم RTM, منظمة غير حكومية إيطالية تعمل في تعليم الطفولة المبكرة في فلسطين منذ عام 2015, فكرت باتخاذ إجراءات لتقديم الخبرات التعليمية للأسر وأطفال رياض الأطفال وذلك بفضل مشروع P.A.C.E الشراكة من اجل نهج تعلمي جديد لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ) و بتمويل مشترك من الوكالة الايطالية للتعاون والتنمية (A.I.C.S.) , منذ عام 2018 من قبل متطوعين في العالم RTM ,بالشراكة مع وزارة التربية والتعليم , البطركية اللاتينية, بطركية الروم الكاثوليك, بطركية الروم الارثوذكس ومؤسسة ابداع ومع الشركاء الايطاليين مؤسسة مدارس و حضانات بلدية ريجيو إميليا ومؤسسة ريجيو تشلدرن – المركز العالمي لوريس مالاجوتسي".

وقدمت في هذا المشروع الدعم الفني والمالي لافتتاح 30 صف جديد حكومي لمرحلة رياض الأطفال , مع إعطاء الأولوية للمناطق الفقيرة أو المهمشة وتجديد مساحات التعلم لـ 15 روضة خاصة. من اهم نقاط المشروع من الناحية التدريبية هو تعزيز الحوار مع المدارس للتفكير معا في عمليات التعلم من اجل دعم فكرة مختلفة عن المدرسة والطفل: طفل نشط ولديه معرفة ، طفل يبني معرفته من خلال التفاعل مع الآخرين ومع البيئة.

يشار الى ان مشروع PACE مستوحى من الناحية التربوية من "نهج ريجيو إميليا" ,وهي فلسفة تعليمية ولدت في ريجيو إميليا (إيطاليا) في فترة ما بعد الحرب العالمية تستهدف مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة وترتكز على صورة طفل كفؤ ,مع إمكانيات تطور قوية وله حقوق, يتعلم وينمو في العلاقة مع الآخرين. جعل نهج ريجييو ايميليا الخدمات التعليمية من 0-6 سنوات في ريجييو ايميليا تميز إيطالي في هذا القطاع وألهم العديد من المدارس في جميع أنحاء العالم.

وفكرت المؤسسة بدعم عمليات التعلم للأطفال الفلسطينيين من خلال توفير باللغة العربية حزمة من المقترحات البسيطة التعليمية عن بعد للأطفال والأسر والمدارس الفلسطينية. تم نشرهذه المقترحات بالتعاون مع ريجيو تشدلرن , مؤسسة ريجيو تشلدرن – المركز العالمي لوريس مالاجوتسي و مؤسسة مدارس و حضانات بلدية ريجيو إميليا, وشركاء مشروع PACE و بعض المتميزين المعترف بهم عالميا في مجال التعليم في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة.

واضافت "سننشر على صفحتنا على الفيسبوك بداية من يوم غد وكل يوم أربعاء ، حتى نهاية حزيران , تجارب تعليمية لتعيشوها مع أطفالكم وذلك لإعطاء قيمة لهذا الوقت. إنها تجارب في متناول الجميع والتي تتطلب بعض المواد البسيطة ولكن تتيح إمكانيات تعليمية كبيرة : تتيح للأطفال استخدام أداة الخيال والتركيب , وايضا بإعادة استخدام مواد يسهل العثور عليها, وامكانية التدقيق في تحليلاتهم وافكارهم من خلال البحث في موضوع من وجهات نظر متعددة بفضل اداة الرسم , ومقترحات اخرى بامكانكم اكتشافها معنا ابتدا من الغد".

WHEN HOME BECOMES SCHOOL

Volontari Nel Mondo RTM supports Early Childhood Education during the Covid-19 emergency in Palestine.

In these complicated times when schools are closed and staying at home is a daily action for everyone, it is important to keep in mind that the learning processes of children, normally supported by the school experience, require a greater attention and care from adults. Being deprived of the opportunity to attend school, to meet friends and to live all those daily experiences that enrich the life of children, it is important to offer them simple experiences that can support their curiosity, their desire to investigate, to know and to learn.

To respond to this emergency situation, Volontari nel Mondo RTM, an Italian NGO that has been working in Early Childhood Education in Palestine since 2015, has decided to give its contribution by offering some educational experiences to families and preschool children in the framework of P.A.C.E. - Partnership for a new Approach to early Childhood Education, a 3-years-project co-funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and implemented since 2018 by Volontari Nel Mondo RTM, together with the Palestinian Ministry of Education, the Latin Patriarchate, Greek Catholic Patriarchate , the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, IBDAA Cultural Center and with the Italian partners - the Institution for Schools and Infant Toddler Centres (ISNI) of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and the Reggio Children Foundation - Loris Malaguzzi International Center.

With this project, Volontari Nel Mondo RTM provides technical and financial support for the opening of 30 new public preschool classes, giving priority to disadvantaged and marginalized areas, and the rehabilitation of the learning spaces of 15 private preschools. From the educational point of view, the cornerstone of the project is the promotion of a dialogue with the schools to reflect together on the learning processes to foster a different idea of school and child: an active child, bearer of knowledge, who builds knowledge interacting with others and with the environment.

The PACE project is inspired, from a pedagogical point of view, by the "Reggio Emilia Approach", an educational philosophy born in Reggio Emilia (Italy) based on the image of a competent child, with strong development potential and subject of rights, which learns and grows in the relationship with others. The "Reggio Emilia Approach" has made Reggio Emilia's 0-6 year old educational services an Italian excellence in the sector and has inspired many schools all over the world.

Volontari Nel Mondo RTM therefore thought to support the learning processes of Palestinian children by making available in Arabic a set of simple online educational proposals aimed at Palestinian children, families and schools.

The dissemination of these proposals is made possible by the collaboration and availability of Reggio Children, Reggio Children Foundation - Loris Malaguzzi International Center and the Institution for Schools and Infant Toddler Centres (ISNI) of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia, partners of the PACE project and excellence recognized worldwide in the field of Early Childhood Education.

Starting from tomorrow and every Wednesday, until the end of June, we will publish on our Facebook page some educational experiences to live with your children in order to give value to this complicated period.

They are easily accessible experiences, which require few simple materials, but having a great educational potential: they allow children to use the tools of imagination and composition by promoting the use of easy-to-find reused material. They will also offer the opportunity to deepen children’s analysis and thought by promoting the graphic language and the investigation from different points of view, and other proposals that you can discover together with us starting from tomorrow!
